Just needed a little reminder that I’ve made progress and it doesn’t have to stop here. This is a difference of 3 months, from 178 lbs to 160.

Never in my life have I had this much muscle. And I loooove it. Been working out really hard but not eating as clean as I should. Past few days I’ve been really good with food and drinking more water and this happened o.O
